The website is hosted on Vercel. To deliver and protect the site, the hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Hosting providers handle this information under their applicable privacy and security policies.

We have not enabled an analytics service or advertising trackers on this website. We do not operate user accounts, a member database or a live activity-tracking service here. Fonts are served with the website rather than requested from a third-party font service.

Preparing a community brief

The contact page lets you prepare a community brief in your browser. This website does not send form submissions to a server or store the information you enter. If you download your brief, the text file is saved on your device and nothing is sent to CLUBHEB.

When a public contact email is available, the page can prepare a message in your own email application. You review and send the message there. Preparing the email does not send it. If you choose to send an email, your email service handles delivery and we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, organization and inquiry.

We use received correspondence to respond to you, discuss potential work and manage the resulting business relationship. Please send only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Use, sharing and retention

We use information for site operation, security and the purposes of your correspondence. We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers needed to host the website or handle business email, or disclosed when required by applicable law.
